Mall Amusement Operations Manager

About the role

The Mall Amusement Operations Manager leads the implementation and day‑to‑day management of Family Entertainment’s (FECI) amusement offerings within shopping centres. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that attractions are deployed profitably while meeting the needs of both the business unit and mall partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, strategize and oversee the deployment of permanent and short‑term amusement attractions across assigned malls.
• Coordinate with workforce providers to align staffing with operational goals.
• Manage the profit and loss statement for all amusement assets, including SMPHI‑owned rides and roving attractions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mall‑level amusement operations, handling ride status, sales analytics, documentation and system updates.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports, coordinate budgets and share operational insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in amusement, entertainment or multi‑site operations management.
• Experience handling multiple locations is an advantage.
• Strong communication abilities, business acumen, proactive initiative and high energy.
