Learning Business Partner – Leadership and Team Effectiveness

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Business Partner – Leadership & Team Effectiveness reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager, based at the NBS Center in Manila. The role will roll‑out learning solutions for leadership and transferable skills across the Asia, Oceania and Africa zones.

Key responsibilities

• Define organisational, team and individual leadership development needs in coordination with the corporate L&D team.
• Consolidate training needs from the bottom‑up and translate them into deployment plans and pipelines for new solutions.
• Guide the use of existing learning infrastructure to meet identified needs.
• Review learning insights, benchmark performance and identify gaps for targeted personas.
• Organise and facilitate zone‑level leadership and transferable‑skill interventions.
• Drive regional coaching and mentoring networks, including Gallup, 360‑degree feedback and ICF‑certified coaches.
• Support development assessment centres and functional capability building for corporate functions.
• Ensure the 5Di process (Define, Discover, Design, Develop, Deploy, Improve) is applied to all new learning interventions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years designing, delivering and managing learning programmes focused on leadership and transferable skills.
• Experience in talent, psychometric and assessment solutions, with familiarity of assessment methodologies and external certifications.
• Proven ability to apply adult‑learning theory in fast‑paced environments and deliver measurable impact.
• Strong track record of managing relationships with senior leaders and influencing without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures.
• Project‑management capability and a passion for fostering a learning culture.
