Lead Generation, Data Research & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation, Data Research & Growth Specialist to support business development and recruitment. The role is fully remote and focuses on building targeted prospect databases, conducting outreach, and managing the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile highly targeted prospect lists across multiple industries, sourcing accurate emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles.
• Identify senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, HR, Operations and Commercial Directors.
• Design, launch and optimise outbound email campaigns, monitor open, reply and conversion rates.
• Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, messaging campaigns and generate prospect conversations.
• Conduct telephone prospecting, qualify leads and schedule meetings for the founder.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM, track outreach activities and generate reports.
• Utilise modern sales tools, data‑scraping utilities and AI assistants to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to research and verify contact information for senior executives.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing outbound campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
