About the role
As the Lead Digital Project Manager for Websites & WordPress, you will head Butterfly’s project management function, ensuring the health of the project portfolio, upholding delivery standards, and building team capability. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution of meaningful website and digital projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen Butterfly’s project management function, providing direction and mentorship to the team.
- Shape delivery standards, monitor portfolio health, and enhance team capability across all digital initiatives.
- Stay hands‑on by personally delivering impactful website and digital projects using WordPress.
- Take day‑to‑day accountability for portfolio health, delivery standards, and project‑management performance.
