Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst – Risk Management (Mandarin)

About the role

Kenvue is seeking an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst to join its Risk Management team in Taguig, Philippines. The role supports credit management and accounts‑receivable reporting while driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Mandarin language proficiency is required.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily Invoice to Cash operations and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Manage new customer setups, assess creditworthiness, assign risk ratings and credit limits.
• Maintain and monitor customer credit holds, documenting assessments and updating records.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Prepare and standardize monthly and quarterly reports, delivering accurate metrics on time.
• Support internal and external audit requests and update doubtful‑debt reserves.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance, credit management, or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk assessment.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
