International Education Counsellor (Canada, USA, AU, NZ, Europe)

About the role

The International Education Counsellor will support student recruitment and admissions for a range of overseas destinations, including Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Based in Makati City, the role focuses on building strong partnerships with international schools to expand program offerings and increase enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the recruitment and admission process for international study programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with overseas schools and educational institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow enrolments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for enrolled students.
• Monitor market trends in target regions and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business or a related field.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions or international education services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work onsite in Manila.
• Familiarity with the education systems of Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Europe is a plus.
