Inside Sales Representative

About the role

This role is to produce high-quality leads and opportunities and work as a team towards agreed‑set targets and profitability goals. It also provides a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to efficiently, professionally, and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the end‑to‑end sales process, identifying and creating sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing the sales.
• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest in software solutions.
• Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
• Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated.
• Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity.
• Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
• Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing best‑practice ideas.

Required profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales/telesales, preferably in the IT industry (Microsoft licensing, hardware, cloud – Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with a telemarketing role in the IT industry.
• Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
• Target‑oriented, self‑starter, and aggressive enough to achieve defined targets.
• Creative thinking “outside of the box”.
