Inside Sales Representative – Customer Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and engagement for our digital vehicle marketplace. In this role you will conduct outbound sales outreach, qualify potential customers, and guide prospects through the registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce the platform, generate interest and qualify leads based on customer needs and eligibility.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and SMS to encourage platform sign‑ups and provide education on product features and benefits.
• Assist customers in connecting with the appropriate Onboarding Account Executive and support them throughout the registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with registration, support and other teams to optimise outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Provide backup customer support as needed to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of combined sales (preferably outbound) and customer service experience.
• College diploma or equivalent experience; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features and industry trends.
