iCIMS Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an iCIMS Solutions Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of the iCIMS Talent Cloud for our clients. The role blends business advisory with technical architecture, working remotely with recruitment and engineering teams to design, configure and deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruitment and internal engineering teams to gather requirements and design future‑state iCIMS architectures.
• Evaluate and re‑engineer legacy recruiting processes, recommending best‑practice automation and integration strategies.
• Act as primary implementation project manager, maintaining plans, scope, risk mitigation and on‑time delivery.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment cutovers and change‑management activities to ensure adoption.
• Configure the full iCIMS Talent Cloud suite (Recruit, Connect, Onboard, Offer) including conditional logic, approval paths and role‑based access.
• Lead complex data migration, field mapping, transformation and validation from legacy ATS systems.
• Design recruitment analytics, executive dashboards and KPI reporting while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy and security standards.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience as an iCIMS Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project Manager.
• Background in professional services, consulting or dedicated HR‑tech implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑phase projects and drive stakeholder alignment.
