HR Intern

About the role

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll support. The role is based onsite in Taguig and offers hands‑on experience in a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by screening resumes, conducting reference checks, scheduling and performing initial interviews.
• Support orientation processes and update new‑hire records (201 files).
• Manage employee databases and prepare related reports.
• Process employee requests and provide assistance on employee relations matters.
• Help with employee relations and disciplinary tasks.
• Assist in payroll and benefits processing tasks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest HR trends.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Available to commit at least 500 hours (full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Capable of collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite.
