Help Desk Technician L2 (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Technician to provide remote technical support to our clients. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and documentation of client networks while collaborating with senior engineers on larger projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues submitted via phone or email.
• Document client network configurations and maintain accurate time‑entry records.
• Assist with small‑to‑medium projects and time‑and‑materials service requests.
• Support senior engineers on larger initiatives.
• Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Office Suite applications per customer preferences.
• Administer Windows Server services, file/print/remote access, and enterprise email systems.
• Perform backup, restore, and user/group management tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, capable of independent problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to seek expertise when needed.
