About the role

Safe Nurse Now (SNN) is seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join its staffing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified nursing and allied health professionals with top healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare staffing regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet staffing goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or nursing staffing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
