The Head of Human Resources will lead our premium BGC HR and recruitment hub, shaping talent pipelines for a fast‑growing global business. This senior position partners directly with Australian executives to ensure compliance, drive recruitment efficiency and support the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the top‑of‑funnel recruitment machine across multiple markets.
• Drive compliance velocity and maintain tracker integrity with an agile offshore team.
• Manage talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Australian senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations within the Bonifacio Global City hub.
