Hatchery Production Specialist

About the role

The Hatchery Production Specialist oversees daily operations in a hatchery environment, ensuring that production processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role combines hands‑on production work with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team to achieve customer and food‑safety specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine operations in the assigned area while ensuring compliance with employee, food, feed safety and environmental policies.
• Monitor production quantity and quality, guaranteeing that customer and safety requirements are met.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to align output with customer specifications and timelines.
• Administer the production budget, process purchase orders, and ensure timely invoice payments.
• Develop and follow operational plans for multiple departments, processes, and shifts.
• Coach and supervise direct reports, reinforcing company core values and guiding principles.
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Perform hands‑on tasks alongside team members as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of interacting with all plant levels.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a hatchery setting.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pulilan, Bulacan.
