Growth Enrollment Specialist (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

Carda Health is seeking a Growth Enrollment Specialist to own and improve enrollment processes, driving top‑of‑funnel growth for its virtual heart clinic. This role will act as the first point of contact for patients and will collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless, scalable enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for patients referred via website or partner referrals.
• Answer questions, gather feedback, and guide interested consumers through the enrollment journey.
• Convert prospects by enrolling them in Carda Health’s cardiac rehab program.
• Navigate financial and subscription discussions, ensuring patients understand plan options.
• Maintain a smooth, scalable enrollment workflow and coordinate with insurance processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership, clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to align enrollment with overall growth objectives.
