About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our clients remotely. You will handle client communications, administrative tasks, and basic marketing activities while ensuring high‑quality service for US‑based customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and written communication, handling inbound/outbound calls and follow‑ups.
- Perform administrative duties such as accounts receivable/payable, work order processing, compliance, lease renewals, and document preparation.
- Manage inboxes, calendars, files, and other organizational tasks with accuracy.
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives, including scheduling social media posts, sourcing content, and monitoring engagement.
- Follow client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures and stay updated on procedural changes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral American accent.
- Willingness to undergo background checking.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated home office.
- Availability to work the graveyard shift to serve US‑based clients.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup and stable electricity with power backup.
