Full Stack Developer – Part‑Time, Remote

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Full‑Stack / Product Developer to join our remote team on a part‑time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). The role focuses on extending and improving existing Node.js, Next.js and React applications, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Work within existing Node.js, Next.js, and React applications.
• Develop, improve, and maintain product features based on defined requirements.
• Help move existing products toward production‑ready quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with the team while working independently on assigned tasks.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the workflow.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑structured code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong English communication skills, able to articulate technical decisions clearly.
• Proven experience working with existing production codebases and version‑control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet defined deadlines.
