Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join a major line of business. The role focuses on improving customer experience while mitigating fraud risk through effective authentication and claim resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and reduce fraud exposure.
• Handle moderately complex customer support tasks, using strong verbal and written communication to de‑escalate issues.
• Process multiple claim types, make decisions using various systems, and contact third parties for research when needed.
• Follow supervisor direction, escalating questions or issues as appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members, functional areas, and internal or external customers to share information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education.
• Ability to attend the full training period and work additional hours when required.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the assigned location.
