Financial Analyst – Cost Management

About the role

The Financial Analyst – Cost Management will provide in‑depth analysis of operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX). You will support budgeting, cost control and performance monitoring to drive financial efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation, consolidation and review of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial targets.
• Establish and maintain controls to monitor spending, track variances and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of OPEX performance and present insightful financial reports to management.
• Partner with departments to identify cost‑saving initiatives, monitor KPIs and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in financial or data analysis within the financial services industry.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP controlling module.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑level executives and present financial insights.
• Strong independent mindset, capable of challenging existing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
