Facility Manager – Data Center Operations (Greece)

About the role

DATA4 is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the physical infrastructure of its data centre campuses in Greece. You will work closely with suppliers, partners and the DC Infrastructure Lead to ensure reliable operation of electricity, cooling, mechanical, low‑current and security systems while maintaining health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage maintenance of critical infrastructure (electricity, HVAC, mechanical, low‑current, access control, CCTV).
• Develop and review monthly reports on infrastructure performance and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead incident handling, root‑cause analysis and action‑plan implementation.
• Support internal and external audits and assist customers with certification processes (PCI‑DSS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001).
• Communicate maintenance plans and status updates to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management within a data‑centre or similar high‑availability environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, cooling, HVAC, mechanical and security systems.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations and industry certifications.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure service continuity.
