Facilities Management Officer – Pasig

About the role

The Facilities Management Officer will oversee the technical operations of Jollibee’s facilities in Ortigas, Pasig, ensuring that all critical equipment and services run smoothly to support business productivity and employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fire protection equipment, fire detection & alarm systems, HVAC, ventilation, hygiene facilities, electrical & auxiliary systems, and CCTV.
• Coordinate third‑party contractors for operations, compliance, inspections, preventive maintenance, contract management and SLA monitoring.
• Oversee custodial, housekeeping, canteen, shuttle, waste management, pest control, and other soft services.
• Ensure compliance with audits, licenses, permits and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
• Licensed/registered Engineer.
• Minimum five years of professional facilities or property management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Pollution Control Officer or Basic Occupational Safety and Health certificate is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ortigas, Pasig.
