Fabrication Supervisor

About the role

The Fabrication Supervisor will lead a diverse team of welders, laborers, mechanics, masons and carpenters in a warehouse environment. You will ensure that all fabrication and maintenance activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and support a warehouse‑based team of welders, laborers, mechanics, masons and carpenters.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies during all fabrication and maintenance work.
• Oversee fabrication tasks, guaranteeing timely completion and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage tool and equipment maintenance, scheduling inspections, repairs and servicing.
• Plan and coordinate workflow, control inventory of materials, tools and equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement continuous‑improvement practices.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues and minimise production delays.
• Maintain detailed records and report progress to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fabrication or maintenance setting, preferably warehouse‑based.
• Strong background in construction with knowledge of carpentry, welding, masonry and equipment upkeep.
