Executive Search Recruiter – Remote

About the role

Outsourced.ph is looking for an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to conduct initial screening, market intelligence gathering, and discovery conversations with private banking professionals. The role is fully remote and focuses on candidates who already have portable books of $100M–$250M AUM, as all candidates are pre‑sourced and handed to you.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls to verify competencies, book size, portability, appetite for a move, and whether the move is individual or team‑based.
• Gather market intelligence on recent moves, hiring manager context, and interview activity relevant to current or future mandates.
• Record and report the five key indicators for each candidate in the provided system.
• Escalate any candidate who falls outside the $100M–$250M AUM band or is flagged as senior/MD‑level immediately.
• Collaborate with the Founder for any commercial negotiations or candidate progression beyond qualification.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment, preferably within private banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to assess candidate motivations, book portability, and team move potential.
• Excellent communication and questioning skills for discovery conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to accurately capture and report screening outcomes.
