Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join our delivery team in Manila. The consultant will work on end‑to‑end implementations for large Philippine enterprises, covering requirements gathering, solution configuration, data modelling, user training and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with client finance teams to capture business and reporting requirements.
• Design and configure Jedox solutions, including data models, ETL processes, cubes, reports and workflow automation.
• Translate finance requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Provide user training, create documentation and deliver post‑implementation support.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as product demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Maintain delivery documentation and contribute to methodology improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EPM or ERP implementation consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or core finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Metro Manila as needed.
• Commitment to complete the Jedox certification pathway during the probation period.

Required skills

• Jedox (including certification tracks 299, 399, 589).
• Experience with other EPM platforms such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Tagetik, IBM Planning Analytics.
• ERP knowledge: SAP Business One, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage.
• SQL and data‑integration/ETL tools.
