Emerging Leaders Program – Engineering Graduate Role

About the role

The Emerging Leaders Program is a six‑month, full‑time opportunity for outstanding engineering graduates to take on real projects within the Product Supply division from day one. Participants will work on tangible initiatives that directly impact the organization’s success while receiving mentorship from senior technical and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to significant engineering projects in product supply.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to develop leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Apply analytical abilities to address technical challenges.
• Present project progress and results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and strong extracurricular involvement.
• Proven leadership experience in clubs, volunteer work, or similar activities.
• Effective team player with a bias for action and results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to complete the full six‑month program.
