Director of Marketing

About the role

Sourcefit is seeking a hands‑on Director of Marketing to lead its global marketing function from its Philippines hub. The role combines strategic ownership of the inbound demand engine with day‑to‑day production of content, SEO, paid media and PR.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end inbound funnel – forms, email, paid search and referral channels – and translate marketing activity into qualified sales‑qualified leads.
• Run the in‑house SEO model across sourcefit.com, sourcecx.com and sourcecycle.com, including weekly health checks, technical fixes and on‑page optimisation.
• Lead answer‑engine optimisation (AEO) so that Sourcefit appears in AI‑driven answers from ChatGPT, Claude and other large language models.
• Manage the backlink and digital‑PR programme, including HARO outreach, guest posting and placement on platforms such as G2 and Clutch.
• Direct Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns together with a paid‑media specialist, focusing on cost‑per‑SQL rather than clicks.
• Coach and hold accountable a distributed team of content creators, designers, web developers and regional marketing partners.

Required profile

• Near‑native written and spoken English with the ability to produce persuasive copy for US, UK and Australian executives.
• Proven track record of growing B2B demand – measurable lifts in inbound leads, organic traffic or pipeline in a services, SaaS or outsourcing context.
• Deep, practical fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for research, drafting and automation.
• At least eight years of marketing experience, including three years leading a team and operating with high autonomy.

• GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Ads.
• WordPress, HTML, schema markup (JSON‑LD).
• Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• AI generation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor.
• Outbound prospecting tools – Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo.
