Digital Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Telehealth

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our healthcare and telehealth campaigns. You will shape and execute data‑driven strategies that attract patients and support our clients in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and email platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and newsletters.
• Drive patient acquisition through SEO, SEM, content marketing and conversion‑focused tactics.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics to improve ROI.
• Maintain the company website, landing pages and digital assets for brand consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare advertising standards and privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or telehealth.
• Strong knowledge of Australian marketing and advertising laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, analytical and project‑management skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
