Digital Learning Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Learning Consultant to partner with client teams, understand business challenges, and design end‑to‑end learning solutions. You will lead the analysis, design, development and delivery of high‑quality training programs across multiple modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define business problems and solution approaches.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop comprehensive curricula.
• Create detailed content outlines, design standards, templates and checklists.
• Work with internal and client stakeholders to produce effective training deliverables.
• Review deliverables against quality parameters and industry standards.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations and communicate with project leads.
• Coach instructional designers and content developers, providing constructive feedback.
• Introduce innovative learning strategies and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in content development and instructional design (8+ years for senior roles).
• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising or Public Relations.
• Proven experience delivering Instructor‑Led, Web‑Based, simulation‑based trainings and job aids.
• Experience leading and coaching small to large teams and managing agile learning projects.
• Willingness to relocate across countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now and WalkMe.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and current learning‑industry trends.
