Customer Solutions Specialist – Korean Language

Joining Nestlé means becoming part of the world’s largest food and beverage company, focused on enhancing quality of life and a healthier future. As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will support Korean‑speaking customers in the Order‑to‑Cash process for the Philippines site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions including order placement, inquiries and issue resolution across multiple channels.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of the Order‑to‑Cash process from order capture to delivery and payment.
• Investigate and resolve order blocks, fulfillment issues and billing concerns within SLA timelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers about order status, risks such as stock shortages or logistics delays, and mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary contact for returns, refusals and claims management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Demand Management, Logistics, Billing and Sales teams to deliver accurate and efficient service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Shared Services or Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
