About the role
This position is a full‑time Customer Service Representative focused on collections, working remotely from home during the dayshift. The role involves direct interaction with customers to manage outstanding payments while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to collections.
- Verify customer information and update records accurately.
- Explain payment terms, negotiate arrangements, and secure commitments.
- Follow established collection policies and procedures.
- Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to work the designated dayshift schedule.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000.
