About the role

The Customer Service Agent will deliver exceptional support to Woolworths Group customers and partner stores through phone, chat and email. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, and offers a balanced work schedule without night shifts. You will join an international team focused on high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues, process requests, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Support partner stores by handling service-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

• Willingness to work regular daytime hours (no night shifts).
