About the role

As a Custom Software Engineer you will design, code, and improve software components that meet unique business requirements. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Based in Manila, Philippines.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex software applications.
