About the role

Join Home Credit Philippines as a Credit Card Sales Associate and become the face of our consumer finance solutions in retail locations. You will actively promote the Home Credit Credit Card and related products, ensuring a positive brand experience for every customer you meet.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell and promote the Home Credit Credit Card and other key financial products at assigned partner retail points of sale.
• Maintain a professional image of Home Credit at each store and keep the kiosk area clean, organized, and fully functional.
• Approach potential clients in‑store, explain card features, rewards, and answer any questions they may have.
• Guide customers through the application process, collect required documentation, and enter information into the internal system in accordance with company policies.
• Protect and preserve all equipment and promotional materials provided by Home Credit.

Required profile

• At least a High School Graduate, completed Grade 10, or a vocational course graduate.
• No prior work experience required; sales, frontline, or field experience (e.g., retail, merchandiser, field sales) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about representing Home Credit and delivering excellent customer service.
