Creative Director - PH Based

About the role

Hey there! We’re looking for a YouTube Creative Director who can work closely with established business owners, YouTube entrepreneurs, business coaches, and content creators to create killer content that drives engagement and business growth. You’ll join the core team, collaborating on content ideation, planning, and execution to ensure every piece aligns with the brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap and develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Help with content creation from ideation to execution, including scriptwriting, video editing, social media posts, and long‑form content while preserving the client’s voice.
• Research and integrate YouTube growth strategies, optimize content for the platform’s algorithm, and analyze performance to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Create presentations using tools such as Miro and Google Slides to translate client ideas into visually engaging narratives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high‑growth channel.
• Deep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithm, and audience psychology.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Data‑driven and analytical mindset, combined with intuition for trends.
