Consultant, Talent Sourcing

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will provide end‑to‑end recruitment support for assigned business units, driving initiatives that enhance the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide data‑driven insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks and competitor activity.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking for strategic and critical roles, building strong pipelines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies, support interview stages and share market intelligence.
• Lead sourcing projects such as diversity hiring campaigns, employer‑branding initiatives and new‑market talent mapping, and report on pipeline performance.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in global or multi‑regional talent sourcing, research or recruitment (in‑house or agency).
• Proven track record in market research, talent mapping and delivering actionable insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to work with global teams and passive candidates.
