About the role

The Company Nurse provides medical assistance, assessment, and recommendations based on employee health records. Working within the Medical Services framework, the nurse supports emergency and health directives while complying with Philippine health laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

Conduct medical assessments using records, physical examinations, and laboratory results.
Ensure proper processing of attendance adjustments (undertime, absences, sick leave) based on evaluation outcomes.
Provide first‑aid assistance and immediate care to patients.
Communicate recommended medical interventions (hospitalization, clinic referral, rest, discharge) to Mall Operations and immediate supervisors.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BS Nursing).
At least three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse.
Preferably certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
Willingness to work flexible schedules and be assigned to SM Aura, Pasay City.
