About the role

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a reliable Company Driver to support its logistics operations across the Philippines. The role involves transporting staff, equipment, and documents while ensuring safe and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for staff transport and material delivery.
• Plan and study alternate routes or traffic diversions.
• Maintain accurate travel logs, including areas covered, duration, and work hours.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, identify mechanical or electrical issues, and recommend minor repairs.
• Keep receipts for repairs and maintenance, and ensure the vehicle remains clean and well‑maintained.
• Report accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management promptly.
• Assist administrative, maintenance, and reception teams when needed.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods to meet booking schedules.

Required profile

• College education (at least) with a professional driver’s license.
• 3–5 years experience as a company driver.
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle driving rules and regulations; no recent violations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, drug testing, and provide employment references.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; familiar with routes in NCR and other Philippine areas.
• Customer‑service orientation, responsibility, result‑orientation, and teamwork.

• Operation of automatic transmission vehicles.
• Basic vehicle maintenance inspection.
