Community Manager (Social & Private)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to own and nurture our extensive audience of over two million followers across social platforms and our exclusive, invite‑only membership community for wedding professionals. You will be accountable for turning engagement into measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community interaction on all Wedded Wonderland and Wedded Network social accounts, including comments, DMs, story replies, shares and mentions.
• Define and enforce response standards: reply speed, tone, escalation rules, and prohibited public statements.
• Run the private professional membership community, setting daily rhythms, seeding conversations, surfacing valuable content, and keeping threads active.
• Oversee member onboarding, activation, and re‑engagement to prevent churn.
• Support the full events and masterclass lifecycle: promotion, RSVPs, reminders, live hosting, and replay distribution, with attendance responsibility.
• Maintain community guidelines, resolve disputes, handle spam, and protect the luxury brand tone.
• Convert social engagement into sales for both B2C (Wedded Concierge, Wonderland Studio) and B2B products, creating repeatable reply libraries, DM flows, lead capture, and hand‑off processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale social communities (multi‑million followers).
• Strong ability to set and enforce community standards and guidelines.
• Track record of converting online engagement into commercial results.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen sense of luxury‑brand voice.
• Experience coordinating events, masterclasses, and member onboarding processes.
