About the role
Recovery Advisers is seeking a Commercial Lawyer / Recovery Manager to join its international team. The role focuses on handling export‑related credit claims, developing recovery strategies, and supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage claim files and ensure progress aligns with company guidelines.
- Examine and investigate export transactions to identify reasons for default.
- Design and negotiate appropriate recovery strategies and amicable settlements.
- Develop and oversee judicial recovery strategies for commercial disputes.
- Provide regular updates and advice to clients on claim status.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in international commercial transactions and law is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
