About the role
The Chat Support Representative provides real‑time assistance to customers through chat and email channels, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of inquiries. This on‑site position is part of a dynamic call centre team focused on delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide real‑time assistance to customers via chat platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through email.
- Act as a primary point of contact, delivering courteous and accurate information.
- Maintain chat logs and update customer records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Follow company guidelines and service‑level agreements to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to resolve issues promptly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat/email tools.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
