Business Development Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth by turning conversations into opportunities. You will be the engine that keeps outreach, follow‑ups and relationship building moving forward, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outreach on LinkedIn and via email to prospects, partners and clients.
• Craft and send personalized messages that open doors, nurture relationships, or advance deals.
• Track every interaction, note, and follow‑up in the CRM (Monday.com) with clear organization.
• Maintain and update client information, including interaction history and follow‑up schedules.
• Continuously research companies and market opportunities to expand the prospect list.
• Monitor responses to ensure timely follow‑ups and prevent missed communications.
• Suggest and implement improvements to outreach processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who asks insightful questions and builds rapport.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, remote environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on turning leads into tangible business outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Monday.com.
