Batching Plant Operator – Concrete Production

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Batching Plant Operator to run the concrete batching plant for the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves operating the plant control system, ensuring accurate material batching, and maintaining concrete quality in line with approved designs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the batching plant control system to produce concrete according to approved mix designs.
• Ensure accurate batching of raw materials and monitor plant operations to maintain concrete quality.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections of the batching plant.
• Coordinate with the QC team to verify concrete compliance with specifications.
• Carry out routine housekeeping and assist with preventive maintenance activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in batching plant operations.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, batch tickets, and operating procedures.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
