About the role
We are looking for a Service Associate to deliver competent, timely, and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in our Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with BSP and AML regulations while supporting the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain efficiency in line with Service Standards, including acceptable wait times and error‑free transaction processing.
- Support process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems, adhering to bank policies.
- Engage clients professionally, providing a high‑quality customer experience.
- Perform delegated administrative functions accurately and systematically.
- Identify risk areas and mitigate them by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling and monitoring skills with a sense of security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
