Back-End Developer

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Back-End Developer to design, build and maintain the server‑side logic, databases and APIs that power our applications. You will focus on performance, security and scalability while collaborating closely with front‑end teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable server‑side code.
• Create and manage robust APIs and database architectures.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective solutions.
• Apply security best practices and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to integrate user‑facing components.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of back‑end development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one server‑side language such as Node.js, Python, Java or PHP.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
