Associate Credit Services Representative – Cash Application (Mid‑Shift)

About the role

This position supports Medtronic's Credit Services and Cash Application functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash transactions while adhering to internal controls and service standards. You will work closely with senior team members and subject‑matter experts to develop proficiency in SAP and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming cash transactions in SAP and the AutoBank module following established procedures.
• Process offset, adjustment, and intercompany transfer transactions as assigned.
• Support write‑off processing in compliance with approval authorities and internal controls.
• Handle customer refund requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash items, collaborating with Credit & Collection teams.
• Assist with SOX compliance activities, audit requests, and control documentation.
• Prepare journal entries, SAP postings, and balance‑sheet/GL reconciliations under supervision.
• Provide backup support during absences, handovers, or peak workloads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–1 year of experience in finance, accounting, shared services, customer service, or related operational functions preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting, accounts receivable, or cash‑application processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
