Assembly/Test Technician – Onsite

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly/Test Technician to join our manufacturing team at RTX in TanaUan City, Philippines. The role involves performing assembly operations on aerospace components while strictly following engineering blueprints and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing assembly tasks in accordance with detailed engineering drawings.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities on live production lines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education in a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of non‑conformance reporting and component segregation protocols.
• Experience entering quality metrics into enterprise systems such as MES software is a plus.
