About the role
Join RTX’s Collins Aerospace division as an Assembly/Test Technician, supporting the production of advanced aerospace and defense components. You will work on live assembly lines, applying engineering blueprints and strict quality standards to deliver reliable products.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing assembly operations following engineering drawings and customer requirements.
- Identify, report, and document any non‑conformances during the assembly process.
- Segregate components according to established segregation protocols.
- Enter production and quality metrics into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical education in a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on active assembly lines while adhering to continuous‑improvement practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Required skills
- Understanding of non‑conformance reporting.
- Knowledge of component segregation procedures.
- Experience with MES software for data entry and metric tracking.
