Architecture Specialist (Modular & Prefab)

About the role

PrefabX Modular Solutions is seeking an Architecture Specialist to lead the design of modular and prefabricated building projects. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to shape innovative, high‑quality structures for residential, commercial, and rental developments.

Key responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions tailored to modular and prefab construction.
• Create detailed architectural plans, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Recommend and implement improved solution architectures across varied projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of components and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing structures.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architectural design principles and solution architecture.
• Experience with modular or prefabrication design (a plus).
• Licensed architect status.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

• AutoCAD (2D drafting and construction documentation)
• SketchUp (3D modeling and conceptual visualization)
• Revit (BIM and architectural planning)
• Lumion / 3ds Max (realistic rendering and walkthroughs)
• Microsoft Excel (cost estimates, schedules, project tracking)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (client presentations and proposals)
• Twinmotion (interactive rendering and animations – nice to have)
• Construction documentation, project cost estimation, site planning & coordination
• Modular & prefabricated design concepts, interior & exterior design development
• Building code and structural coordination
