Architect CAD & Construction Documentation – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to work remotely on a contract basis. You will translate project requirements into precise architectural drawings, electrical schematics, and PCB layouts, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and milestone expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project specifications.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, integrating best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver thorough documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Experience working on remote, cross‑functional projects is a plus.
