AI Engineer

About the role

DOXA’s AI Automation Engineers turn documented business workflows into production‑ready AI applications, agents, automations, and integrations. You will focus on building practical systems that eliminate manual work and help clients scale, rather than inventing new AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage industry AI models to train custom agents.
• Integrate business systems via APIs, automation platforms, and workflow solutions.
• Translate approved workflow blueprints into technical implementations.
• Write automated tests and perform user testing/QA to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Document playbooks, SOPs, and technical handoff guides.
• Continuously refine deployed solutions for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify implementation requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building automation, integrations, or business applications.
• Strong systems thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI tools.
• Enjoys solving defined problems by creating systematic, workflow‑based solutions.

Required skills

• Python (preferred)
• C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript
• SQL
• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini
• Automation tools: Make, n8n, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform
• Business platforms: Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Supabase
